26 nov 2010 – Rio

Very happy to be back home for a couple of weeks. Apart from the expected combo (family, friends, beach, steaks, etc) my football team Fluminense was Brazilian champions after 26 years! I was incredibly lucky to see history happen with my own eyes. TRI–CAMPEÃO!!!

31 oct 2010 – Tokyo

This was a quite intense, amazing week in Japan. Spent some lovely time with family, including my 92 years old grandma. Visited the places I like in Tokyo and discovered some new ones. My uncle Osamu was kind enough to take us to Tokyo Disneyland for a day. That was fun.

12 oct 2010 – Porto

3 days in Porto to attend AGI (Alliance Graphique Internationale) open conference. The talks were supposed to investigate 'process' as a subject but few speakers actually bothered to make even slight considerations on the theme. Rather than that the usual generic slideshows of old achievements that brought little in terms of reflection of design as a discipline. Anyway food was delicious and Porto truly is a charming city.

One lovely week spent in New York! Highlights included strolling in West Village, visiting MoMA's beautiful new building, and eating cheap pizza. Aweeesome!
